Refund/Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom nature of our event production services, all deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been ordered.
If a client cancels an event or project with at least 14 days’ notice, we may issue a partial refund depending on the stage of production and vendor commitments.
If Desert Underground must cancel services for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
