By engaging Desert Underground for event services, clients agree to the following:

• All estimates must be approved in writing before work begins.

• A deposit is required to secure services.

• Changes to the scope of work may incur additional fees.

• We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw service under unsafe or unethical conditions.

• Clients are responsible for securing necessary permits and venue access unless otherwise arranged.

• Any physical damage caused by third-party vendors not under our management is not the responsibility of Desert Underground.
